Drowning at Shipwright Harbour?

The DNR reports a drowning death of a man at Shipwright on July 12th.
Does anyone know anything about this?
How it happened?

The body of David Alan Caney, a 62 year old white male who lived on board a vessel located at the marina was found in the marina.
