Is Reveille going to a new home, Joe? Thanks for the slip offer and I just might stop in. The tentative plan is to go straight across from Block Island but that is far from certain at this point. I need to find my Flickr password so I can post some pics. Did the cat work out?

Just a quick reminder to revive the thread a little. The Northern/ Central Cheasapeake Rondevous will be at the Maryland Yacht Club on June 19. There are slips available at 1.50 a foot + 10 for electricity for those who choose to not anchor. It is also accessable by driving and I will post directions as we draw closer.

Last time we had this everyone brought their own beverages. I will supply charcoal, hamburgers and hot dogs, buns and fixings. Usually every one else has brought something ( hors devores,, or anything else you want to bring entree wise.sides, fruit salad, salads, desserts etc) enough to feed maybe 15

As we get closer I will send out Nautical as well as land directions (anyone parachuting in?).

Let me know if you arecomming.

Dave

Dave, we'll be there (our kids as well) just on the heels of last two days of our trip...we had to push it back a week due to my wifes work schedule. It will actually work out great as it will have us back Sunday early so we can clean up from the trip

I'll bring something or two to grill, just not sure what.

And thanks Dave for hosting again, I look forward to meeting many of you for the first time and well, to others who meet us last time...sorry LOL

Anchor out

Oh yea, we will anchor out. I have no idea where we will be coming from on Saturday but if we are early enough, and since we have such a short distance to go on Sunday (our marina is about a mile back the creek from MYC) anyone is welcome to raft up with us.

Boats in, no drips yet but I have yet to get the engine completely together. I had a scare today, when I was putting and injector back on I over torqued a injector bolt and it broke off...fortunalety, if you can believe it, I was able to find them at the local ACE hardware store

Hopefully next weekend we can sail...

My husband, our (3 yr old) son, and I would like to join you as well. I don't know if we will be sailing in or not, though. Anyone else bring children? And, is it ok to swim around there?
