I'm a new boater looking for a nice family friendly marina that gives me quick access to Annapolis, eastern bay, and is reasonable in cost. Leaning toward HHN vs. South, but if there are any thought on other options, any feedback much appreciated. I'm a new boater and looking for nice environment for family that includes 2 year old daughter. Close proximity to davidsonville is prefered.

Have you looked at Pirates Cove in Galesville? We've only visited there so can speak to it as a home port. We did enjoy it.

Several friends keep their boats in Shady Side at some of the small marinas and seem to be happy.
