Diver - bottom cleaning

Does anyone have a diver recommendation in the Annapolis area? I will have to hang on a mooring, or anchor in Spa Ck., or anchor in a nearby creek for the scrub - my marina does not allow diving. (Soon fear of litigation will not permit sailing either).

Commander Dive Service

I personally haven't used him but he does most all the racers in our marina.

Wayne -

I have a friend-of-a-friend who dives boats for extra money to pay for his diving habit. I've pinged my friend for contact information and will pass it along when I get it. He scrubbed Auspicious once last year when I was too busy and did a great job. You can anchor off Port A or grab a mooring next to Jabin's.

Wayne,

There is a diver here at HH South who will do it out in Herring Bay. I'll get her number from the Wednesday race crowd for you if you want it.

Chef,

How's your Pettit paint holding up? I made the switch this year and am very impressed with it so far!

Thanks All,

I stand by for more from s/vAuspicious for a near-term solution, since we may sail to the Annapolis area over the next 4-days anyway

I have a call in to Commanders as well - thanks Chef

Erik used to do the job for me when I had the boat down in Solomons (small world) thanks though Fstbttms.

T37 - you have offered a long term solution for my dilemma. If you can pass that name & contact info along when you have a chance - I'll give her a call and line up in the anchorage area for a scrub with the neighbor boats.

Lot's of room to anchor in Back Creek these days. I just called to track the diver down. If that doesn't work out I might do it myself for dinner. *grin*

Good, its a lot softer than any other ablatives I have used, good I guess, I started to lightly scrub the waterline last weekend but quickly stopped after I saw how easily it comes off.
