s/v Freedom is in the Chesapeake!

I wanted to alert those of you who are in the Chesapeake Bay that s/v Freedom (Xort and company) are tied up at our dock in the upper Magothy River, and will be spending time here catching up on boat chores and exploring the Bay before tentatively heading north mid July.

We're having an "Open Dock" party on July 7 for anyone who would like to drop by (via land or water); PM me for directions.

Those that can't make it, feel free to PM Xort (Ed) and drop by anytime.

Yes, indeed. We're enjoying the fantastic hospitality of the MMR's while taking a little time off from actively cruising.
We'd love to meet old on line friends face to face and make some new ones. Should be a great time dockside!

Hey xort - what's up dude? How has the cruising been going? That Chessie video looked nice and BFSish! Great stuff.

Smak
The cruising has been fantastic. Great Lakes, Chicago, the inland rivers, Mobile, Panhandle, St. Petes, Marco, Key West, Miami Beach, Charleston, Annapolis and plenty of great places in between.
Wish we had more good sailing conditions. To light, too strong or on the nose. Why is it always right on the nose??
Glad you liked the video, that was a fun ride with 35+ pretty solid for a while. Very disappointed the tall ship parade was cancelled.

Very cool. I seriously envy you guys. You're doing it right!

You've gotta post that video here somewhere. It's great stuff.
