Re: 2013 5th Annual Sailnet Chesapeake Rondevous- June 8, 2013

Hard to believe the Rendezvous will be in 3 weekends. Many are just getting their boats in the water due to the bad weather in April.

The list below are the boats requesting slips. To make it easier the names which are boldened I have incomplete information. I would also need your cell phone number for that day. This will help speed you check in/ registration to the club once you get there. Feel free to PM me this info, especially cell phone numbers. If someone needs mine PM me also.

We would like to have the boats checked in by 4:30-5:00 that day if possible. You will be able to raise the club on Channel 9 or 16 as you come in the creek. You need dock lines. Showers, pool are accessible to transients only. They are card accessed after 8 PM ( you will get a guest card)

Chef,

We are not able to make it due to a schedule conflict. Maybe next time.

Chef,
What info do you need other than cell numbers to complete your files for us arriving by boat and requesting a transient slip?

Asking on the forum in case others can benefit from a public answer.

Looking forward to meeting everyone in person,
Silvio

We'll bring 7 layer bean dip and hand made tortilla chips. We may also bring a second appetizer or dessert. We're really looking forward to it!

Cheesecake will be coming with me.. this ok with everyone? Last year it somehow seemed like a bad idea even though some of you did seem to enjoy it.

I sure didn't avoid the cheesecake! The smores pie we brought didn't "sell" well either. Maybe people were too stuffed by the time the desserts rolled out?
