The bay is empty

I counted five sailboats today on the Patapsco? The boat yard is almost full...WTH is going on folks, it was a beautiful weekend for sailing.

We had a wonderful sail today and yesterday, ended up being 1 of two boats in Baltimore's Inner Harbor for the night?

Okay, so October's weather was kinda lousy but November has been unforgettable!!!

Note: I am not complaining, just curious why y'all pull so early, if at all, they are boats right...and I save a whopping $1400.00 leaving her in?

I was out today! Not on my boat, though. I crew for Frostbites this time of year. Beautiful day today. 5-10 kts at first, but it died down in the afternoon. Slow for racing, but great for late November.

Never pull out early. I mean - that's common knowledge.

Sail on lads!

I don't have to pull out at all I will just take my motor home in Jan. and if there is a nice day I can just put it back on. I like the bay better with less people on it.

We were out this weekend as well, great winds in Herring Bay early Sunday (15-20), but it did peter out after noon.

Looking to get another couple days out before we haul early December.

April wont come soon enough....

I have noticed that the powerboaters haven't seemed to have gone home for winter yet. Don't they know it's past Labor Day?? We've had several light-air Sunday races with enough annoying powerboat wake to kill all hopes of forward momentum.
