Store near 'Naptown for diesel parts?

Specifically may be looking for glow plugs for a 5424 Univ. diesel as well as the injector nozzles and pump.
Any recommendations for a store that is not as expensive as Torreson but nearby to Annapolis, MD?

Yep, been on those wild goose chases myself a time or three. I've had to force myself to call first, instead of just launching off with a purpose.

I just had my injectors rebuilt by JG Parks & Sons. They did a good job, and the folks were quite customer friendly. Their main shop is in Mardela Springs, but they've got a smaller shop in Grasonville just a couple of miles east of the bay bridge. I don't recall if they fly the Universal burgee, but they may be worth a call. 410-742-0400. If they don't stock the parts, they may be able to point you in the right direction.

I'm sure I'm hoping for too much since I'll only have about 1 day to work on my friends engine. I've also never "done" an injector job on a diesel before as my beast is an Atomic 4. I've got boundless optimism until daylight runs out though.
What seems most likely is a few of the glow plugs on the engine I intend to work on have glowed their last. How difficult can that be?

Universal is a wet name for Kubota, try your local tractor parts dealer.

try go2marine online, i have found them much cheaper for the exact same thing Torrensens sells for doubld.

Locally, try Arundel Diesel & Performance (near BWI), or maybe Bay Shore Marine in Edgewater? One more suggestion, Baltimore Diesel Repair, ask for Buddy

Arundel Diesel rebuilt my injectors and injector pump, cost was very reasonable. Are you sure you need new glow plugs? Have you tested them?
