Columbia 28

Hi,

Does someone has some experience with a Columbia 28. I would like to have an idea on how they behave under sails: stiff or tender, do they point well?

I have seen one for sale today. Despite of its 2800 pounds lead ballast, it felt a little light just walking on it.
