1977 Columbia 8.3

Due to health issues I've come to the conclusion my beloved 8.3 must be sold. My problem is I don't have any idea what it's worth. Now I know that's a loaded question to ask because of so many variables involved, condition, engine, hull but if someone could just give me a ballpark figure I would appreciate that. She's laid up in the marina boatyard in Dunkirk, NY on Lake Erie. Atomic 4 engine, new main, full cockpit canvas and Dodger. No leaks, in what I consider excellent condition for her age. Lots of nights spent on this boat and really having a hard time letting it go.
Thanks,
Chris
Have lots of photos if anyone is interested.

If you google "Columbia sailboat for sale", the first hit shows all sizes of Columbias for sale. Scroll down to the 8.3's and you'll find four of these for sale. The range is from $8k to $10k and one for around $5k which needs some work. I bought mine for $500. but it had a fresh water flood which has resulted in a lot of enjoyable work for me. I hope to sail it in Lake Ontario this summer. If you have the time, I would like to see some photos of the folding table in the galley. Mine is missing and I will need to build a new one. Pictures of the table hardware would also be appreciated. My email address is larry.mcphee AT sympatico DOT ca Thanks and good luck
