Columbia 45 Fuel Tanks

Would appreciate information increasing the size of the fuel tank(s) on the
Columbia 45 Motor Sailer, standard keel.
Understand the tanks are under the saloon cabile sole.
Can the water tank be converted to a fuel tank ?

What is the maximum capacity fuel tanks that can be properly installed ?
( will have bottled water and water maker on board )

Appreciate experienced information.

Has any one installed the Yanmar marine diesel engine in this boat ?
