Columbia 22 mast - weight, set up, and take down

This question was ask how much does a Columbia-22 mast weigh. I have the same question. I also would like to know the or a procedure to take the mast down where a boat is sitting in water, getting it on a trailer, and setting it up again. I am contemplating moving the boat from Seattle to Idaho,
Thanks
Bill Peterson

new Columbia 22 group

Bill and Gulliver (and anyone else interested in Columbia 22s!): You might find the answers you're looking for in the newly revitalized Columbia 22 owners group.

It's now under new leadership, and we're looking for new members as we build up the site to be better than ever. It's a great opportunity for Columbia 22 sailors and fans from around the world to compare notes and lend a hand with advice and encouragement.

To join, just go to Yahoo groups online and type in "columbia22sailboats," all one word. Signing up is quick, easy and painless.

Please also help us out by spreading the word. Do you know any other C-22 sailors? Let them know by forwarding them this note!

We'll see you at the C-22 harbor soon.

All best,

Bob Elmer
