C22 Outboard, transom to cockpit well conversion

Anyone do this conversion? Any details/help will be greatly apreciated.

I use the well in the cockpit and have more control over the boat than with the transome mount..I plan to buy a new outboard(4 stroke) use it in the well and move my Yamaha to the transom mount,never hurts to have a spare!!!...LOL. The boat is easier to back in the slip with the motor in the cockpit well than using the motor on the transom mount ..Another thing is shifting is easier and you dont have to let go the tiller to shift)
