Crew available for weekends - Lake Erie

Just moved to Ohio, looking to meet fellow sailing enthusiasts and get out on the water. I'm available to crew most weekends, will help clean boat, bring beer, etc.

Male, 53, responsible, married, no smoking or drugs, experienced bareboat charterer, no racing experience but willing to learn.

Re: Crew available for weekends - Lake Erie

The Sandusky Sailing Club has adult learn to sail going on during the weekends. See website. You could also just drop in on Sunday afternoons - not too hard to catch a ride. I'd offer you a ride tomorrow, but I have to go watch the Indians lose. Good luck with your search - you're in Columbus, right? There are also some very good Clubs close by including Alum Creek (larger boats) and dinghys at Hoover and Leather Lips.
