Crew wanted on Malua Feb 2014 E USA to Pacific

My Australian vessel Malua sailed for 5 years in the Mediterranean before crossing the Atlantic Nov 2012. Now in Chesapeake I leave in Feb 2014 to sail south to Panama and then west. I am looking for crew for all or part of the cruise. Some sailing experience required but compatibility is essential for such a long passage. Google Malua yacht to find background Harryws20 gmail account
