looking to crew on weekends in central FL

Hello All,

My girfriend and I are very interested in learning how to sail. Although we have grown up around the water, we have no prior experience in sailing. I have lots of motor boat experience in flats fishing, bass fishing and driving ski boats for what it''s worth, probably not much, and the 2 of us are surfers and familiar with the effects of wind on water, waves and tides. We are young, laid back, physically active adults and would love any opportunity to crew on any sailboat, but are particualrly interested in catamarans in the 25'' to 40'' range. I am currently living in Orlando and she is currently in Sarasota, so we are willing to travel to either coast for any crew opportunities. Weekends are preferable as we are both busy with starting careers and college, but we''ll make all the time we can if given the chance. This is a dream for the both of us, so please don''t hesitate and making our dreams come true. We will not dissapoint you. Thank you for your time and happy sailing!

Hey Check out Boca Ciega Yacht Club in Gulfport. They offer a great Sailing school twice a year. And there seems always people willing to share a ride.
