Exclamation watch out-dominican republic

There is a portuguese/canadian guy named Joao Manuel da Silva, owner of La Pantera Catamarans Tours that is hiring captains for his three boats. He will agree with all your demands and still offer some more, like available car, air ticket, etc. After you get there he wont keep any previous agreements. This has happened to me and i am trying to warn every body that can possibly be contacted by him. For more info contact me by e-mail. rovebas@hotmail.com

Thank you Roger. The islands are still laden with scum-bags.

Thanks for the heads up Roger... Unfortunately there are scum like Joao in many places, not just the islands.

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.
