Emily, what have you found out so far? I saw a request for crew somewhere today, but would have to research and back track a bunch to find it. I feel bad for you about Ohio, unless you are on the lake. What did you do wrong to end up there from Fl anyway? I am a crusty old Senior Chief Mach Tech and will help you any way I can...just ask.

Ohio sailing

Emily;
I just found these forums, and here it is after Labor Day already.
However, I have a 33' C&C in the Port Clinton area (half way between Toledo and Cleveland, near Sandusky and Cedar Point).
I regularly race on weekends. There are still several races left this season and we would be happy to have you, either on the races or just cruising around.

If you are near the OH/MI boarder, we go to Monroe michigan and you can hop a ride on tuesday or wednesday evenings until end of Sept if you want to. Beer is provided, (but it may or may not be cold).
I'll try to email you through the forum function.
dave

It turns out that I have to post 10 things before I can send a direct message to anyone. This is only the second one I've posted. So, I'll just have to contact you here.
I see that it is not recommended to put an email addy here. If you are still looking for a ride, let me know.

Races of interest: Last weekend in Sept: PtClinton YC's Snowflurries regatta.
Oct 6-7: Fall Bay Regatta at PIB.
