Hey girogisgirl,

It would be great if you came back and let everyone know how the process went. Did you find some cool people to sail with? Was it a disaster? What would you recommend to other people who come in here and ask the same thing.

A lot of times threads like these kind of die and we always wondered how it turned out.

NOYC has a summer sailing program, you can also join Lake Pontchartrain Sailing Association, or Lake Pontchartrain Women Sailing Association. The NOYC is asking those that come out for Wednesday night sailing be me a member of one of these groups.
