Baja aha- crew available

Looking to build experience and have adventure. I am a 43 yr old female with limited sailing experience- grew up on lakes sailing lasers and sunfish but able and willing to learn. I have been travelling to Mexico for 15 years and have a small house on the Pacific coast of the mainland where I spend winters. Would love the opportunity to cruise to Baja. I am a decent cook, great with kids, have an easy going attitude and a good sense of humour. I have a good head on my shoulders, can follow directions and have both common sense and a strong work ethic. My Spanish is enough to get me out of (and sometimes into) trouble. I live on Gabriola Island, BC and would like to hear from sailors in the area thinking of making the trip. Would also like to hear from anyone sailing in the Barra de Navidad area this winter who needs crew. Cheers

Have you tried the crew list in Latitude 38? That maybe the most direct way to find a ride south. Wear WARM clothing from San Diego to Cabo.......i2f

20 MPH ain't fast unless, you do it in a 1000sq 3/2 house on 10foot waves
