Any interest in someone doing the first leg to Charleston?

popeyeinnj 09-19-2009 09:48 AM

I'll keep you in mind, but I'm really looking for someone to do the whole trip right now

Nuts... sounds like a great trip. I have vacation in November, so if it slides until then, drop me a note.

Interest from Iowa

I might be able to get time off from work from around the 15th of October until the first week of November. I'll need to be in Boston on Nov 8th. I'd like to do the trip.

popeyeinnj- Did you get my PM? My brother and I would love to go.

Suspense unbearable

Would really like to know if you have settled on a crew and departure date yet. When I originally replied, I didn't realize that my membership didn't permit e-mails. I believe I rectified that.

Popeye is for real. We emailed back and forth about me crewing locally. I know his local business and have his cell #. That outing didn't come off, so I haven't met him, but am confident he is no troll. He probably just got busy and hasn't checked back.

According to SailNet, his last post was six days ago. OK, maybe he's not prompt, but it's not two weeks yet.
