experienced crew

also completed 8-week coastal navigation class summer 2009 @ CBI in Boston
several Florida big boat runs including Tampa to Key West when I lived in St. Pete, FL

thanks for any interest
please provide boat details & existing crew
would prefer to sail in open water vs ICW

can leave from Newport or other areas close to Boston

I might know of several boats heading south for either Florida or the Bahamas via Florida. I can ask if they're looking for crew.

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.

thanks amigo, that would be helpful
I may fly down in a couple of weeks, so zero stress
but a good boat might be a match for both & more leg room than a plane!
of course the fresh air & winds speak for themself
many could use a talented jibsman & extra pair of eyes on the horizon
take care,
-JD
