I have not made this trip before but am going to be bringing my own boat in the opposite direction soon and could lend you a hand to scout out the route.

PalmettoSailor will become famous soon enough
I wish I could be available to make this trip with you, but I'm focused on spring comsissioning on my boat. I'd really like to be back in the water at the end of this month and there is still much for me to do. Of course weather can impact both of our plans.

If I get my boat back in the water and you are delayed in making the trip for any reason, I wouldn't mind making the trip early in April.

I could do the trip with you if you want. Lots of experience

If you are looking for someone with a lot of experience going down the Bay, I have it. Could be 3 days unless you go day and night nonstop and have good wind. You can contact me at 202-546-3933 or mpb56054 at yahoo.com and I can send you my sailing resume

Jason

When are you moving your boat? You recently sent me a PM concerning my post of help finding a crew berth. However I cannot reply to PMs yet as I do not have enough Posts yet. So I am trying to contact you this way. I am currently located in Denver CO.

John
