I would also like to point you toward the Pelagic Sailing Club:pelagicsailingclub.org | Dedicated to bringing together competent skippers and competent crew for their mutual sailing benefit!

Many of the members are looking for crew positions, and there are a lot of owners looking for crew. There is a FREE social meeting of the club this Thursday night at the Savin Hill Yacht club. Feel free to stop by!

I've been sailing at Community Boating in Boston for a few years and recently completed the ASA 101/103/104 sequence. I'm interested in gaining experience before I go out and charter my own boat for the first time, so I'd love to crew for daysails or weekends out of Boston. Feel free to PM me. Thanks.

Sir,
I have just moved to Quincy from Western PA where we had sailed our P-23, and look forward to sailing NE, now. I have some formal sailing, and also weather, navigation (dead-reckoning and GPS) and other, related experience; sailed Chesapeake Bay and the BVI, and look forward to learning more, and eventually skippering larger boats.

I believe, I can be a competent crew member, a solid hand at the helm, and a good companion to sail with.

Fair winds,
-Robert
