18 year old girl sailor, looking to crew anywhere:)

Hi i have my competent crew (RYA) qualification, my senior lifeguard award, my VHF and SSB radio licenses and have completed my dayskippers course. I am young, dynamic and love sailing, kitesurfing, dancing and yoga. I am looking for a paid or unpaid position on a sailing vessel in Decmber 2011. I cannot really contribute any money as i will pprobably have to spend money traveling. I am a good cook and great with kids. I am looking to crew somewhere warm and with either a family or young adults.

Please let me know if you hear of anything xx

Welcome Carmen. Good luck with your sailing and cruising. Please be careful to crew on sound boats with capable and respectful skippers. Do a thorough interview first, try to sail in vessels that have some stops before a long journey in case you need an exit. Also there are only a few ocean crossings posted here. You might try other sights also. Have fun, but be careful.

Opportunity to sail

Hi,
There are always opportunities to sail on my boat Tropicbird. I have had the company of many people of all ages and have sailed many miles with complete novices and those wanting to build sea miles and night watches. See details at liveaboardsailing.com
Hand written testimonials have been scanned to my site and reference email addresses of people who have sailed with me are available. My goal is to keep sailing and exploring this wonderful world; having crew with me helps with the watches and reduces my workload. I was sailing before I was born, my mother was pregnant with me in a regatta. Sailing is the most spiritual form of transport on this planet, join with me and share the experience.
