hi my name is matt and am very intrested and keen about your posistion advertised.I have a reasonable knowlage of sailing obtained by sailing in the med 4 long periods,i am easy going and out going ,ihave a coastal skippers ticket and have a great passion and respect for the seas.i am also a marine life enthusiast and have studyed and worked within the marine life sector for resurch and trainning,i have also taken private charters as skipper to teach or just build confidince in novice sailers .i am also an engineer so can maintain smooth running of veasals.please feel free to contact me four more info

Hi - looks like this thread may be a little old and tired by now, but I needed to respond!! I have been the Volunteer Coordinator for the Oregon Surf Rider Chapter for 2 years and a member for about twice as long. I have an immense respect and interest in the ocean. As a non-profit org. we have been responsible for positive changes in our coastal policy and laws. I have basic level cert.''s for sailboats and have been sailing in the San Juans for years. Please let me know if any of my background is of interest. Smooth sailing and fair winds!
