Looking for help

My name is Patrick, I have no sailing experience. I was wondering if any of you could tell me about sailing opportunities for the summer of ''04. I need to have an internship in order to graduate from my college (www.Coloradomtn.edu), so naturally I want that internship to be sailing-related. I am smart, motivated and in shape. I desire to travel and experience the unkown. I see sailing as the best and maybe the only way to do this. Seriously, I''m tired of running into dead ends during my search for opportunities, can anyone point me in the right direction?

have you heard of the sailing magazine, Latitude 38 out of San Francisco. They have crew classifieds, and about twice a year they have a whole section in their magazine devoted to people looking for or to crew. I crewed for 2 years that way in the S. Pacific. Now we are on our own boat cruising for the last 4 years.
good luck

ps... their web site is www.latitude38.com
