Sailor from New Zealand, looking for any position - anywhere!

Hi all,

I'm a keen sailor from New Zealand. Recently quit my job to pursure a career in the yachting industry.

Qualifications as follows,

RYA Competent Crew
RYA National Powerboat Certificate Level 2
RYA Radar Certificate
RYA Diesel Engine Maintenance Course Certificate
STCW95 Basic Training
CBES NZ Boatmaster Certificate
CBES Outboard Maintenance Certificate of Attendance
Restricted Radio Telephone Operator’s Certificate (RRTOC)
HSI License Controller Qualification
HSI Food Safety Certificate

10+ years with powerboats.

Would love to pass on my CV to all those interested, and am looking for an on-board position, PAID or UN-PAID. I am also 100% dedicated towards paying my flights to and from New Zealand!.

Cheers for your time,
Matt.

Re: Sailor from New Zealand, looking for any position - anywhere!

We sail a 72' Alden Schooner named "Dirigo II" for the summer in the San Juan Islands and Puget Sound Area. We are a family business, and charter the boat, doing some racing, some adventuring, some relaxed sailing, ect...
Right now we are finalizing our schedule and looking to fill out our crew.
Check out our website at sanjuanclassicdaysailing.com
(We are in the process of updating so some pages are incomplete, like the schedule.)
Can you send a resume and photo and a little more about yourself?
Thankyou, Morgan
