Hi there, I''m 46 single and live in ft lauderdale.

Currently racing on Dufor 34, (pit/jib trim).
been sailing since age 10, off and on. also own 26'' trailer sailer, and have owned hobie 16, boardsailer.. plus more racing experience.

looking for bluewater experience before retirement/crusing.

only issue is limiting time off work.

I can be off work about 5 days, plus weekends.

maybe I can fill in a leg?

Short on experience, but lots of enthusiasm. I have ASA Basic Keelboating and Basic Coastal and a couple of days on the Chesapeake Bay. Married, retired, 53, currently renovating a 1977 Columbia 8.7 for coastal cruising. Could really use the experience. Can cook, and able to perform all duties as needed. We have a Moorings boat in LaPaz that is going to need to come home to Florida OR north to the Columbia river in a couple of years. We have little offshore experience, and want to gain some before it''s time to move our boat. We would be interested in crewing AS A COUPLE. We are married 37 years and devoted to one another. Solid Christian beliefs and lifestyle. No booze, no drugs. Pretty extensive coastal experience but limited off shore. Our boat is a 42 cat - and we are always interested in improving our skill set. We do have some charters completed in monohulls from 40 to 49 feet. We would really like to do a series of deliveries in a sort of "willing hands under instruction" mode. Does this sound at all interesting to you?
