phowson is on a distinguished road
DC/Annapolis area

I have sailed extensively in dinghies and small keelbats, mostly Flying Scot (I teach beginning sailing) and J-80. I have done quite a bit of day sailing on bigger boats (up to a 55' ketch) and have completed a J World live aboard course (5 days in Key West). I am currently refitting a 41' Columbia and would like to get a little more big boat handling under my belt before I launch hopefully (fingers crossed) next year.

I am a male in my late thirties with full foul weather gear and a moderate amount of knowledge. I am not single so this is not a dating ad, it's really about the sailing.

I don't know if this is what you have in mind, but I do a lot of single-handed sailing out of Annapolis. I generally enjoy having guests daysail with me. The boat is a Farr 38 and she is located just north of the Severn. Please feel free to email me.

Wow!!!!
Jeff, that the NICEST posts Ive ever read on a sailing BB. For someone to offer to share a day on the water is extremely generous and rare these days.
My hat is off to you.
