crew needed (short notice) san fran-seattle end of Sept.

Recently purchased a 41' Islander in San Diego. I am sailing it to San Francisco via the channel islands currently and would like crew to join in the Bay area for the trip to Seattle. I would like to make the trip as short as possible, arriving in Seattle by Oct. 4 (if at all possible).
I do not have extensive experience and am looking for someone with more since I have heard the trip can be tough. My girlfriend is 7 months pregnant and will likely end up driving seperately.
If the timeline is unreasonable I will consider shipping or maybe making the trip in mid October although the weather will only get worse.
