There is a portuguese/canadian guy named Joao Manuel da Silva, owner of La Pantera Catamarans Tours that is hiring captains for his three boats. He will agree with all your demands and still offer some more, like available car, air ticket, etc. After you get there he wont keep any previous agreements.
