I am looking for people to crew on my Pearson 422 in the Tampa Bay area. My habits are occasional races, daysailing/diving, and 2-3 day gunkholing trips, all during the week (sun thru thur). SCUBA certification is a plus because I dive/spearfish frequently. Dependability is more important that experience. This is not a personal add so gender and age are not important.

Hello, I'm interested in this position. I'm 24yo American female, majority of experience is 1 year on a motor yacht, which was being refitted. Am looking to get scuba cert, this would fit in, time-wise. Is this, by any chance, a paying position? Would I stay on the boat during the work week?
