So, basically, you're looking for people who are going to be shelling out money to fly out there... work on your boat for you, and not get paid... not get fed, and have to pay for their board while working for nothing... And they won't have any idea if they're going to be compatible with the captain or other crew until its too late to bail.... that makes a lot of sense... RIGHT.

a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.
