Crew wanted - Key West to Rhode Island

Cape Dory 36 leaving Key West some time in May. I am looking for someone who has good references and a fair amount of offshore experience to help me deliver my new boat from Key West to Wickford Rhode Island. The trip would include limited stops for weather and provisions and could take up to 3 weeks depending. I will require offshore experience and would gladly cover your flights to and from the boat as well as your needs underway, as long as I get some instruction along the way to improve my own sailing skills, which have been limited to coastal cruising and are somewhat rusty.

I am a 40 yr old researcher in the Boston area:PADI Rescue Diver, previous Navy Rescue Swimmer, experience with J-22 class racing, coastal cruising, and deck/engineering experience on steel passenger vessels.
