Wanted: to sail south down east coast

I am fairly new at sailing but interested in sailing down the east coast into the Caribbean perhaps in Feb. or March?

I have experience with provisioning and cooking. Although a beginner, I am a quick learner and hard worker. I am easy going, non-smoker, social drinker who loves the water and just wants to go sailing.

Very few vessels transit north to south along the east coast in February and March. I would be very cautious, based on your limited experience, in crewing on any vessel doing the transit that time of year.
