Looking for more sailing experience.

Hello, I just signed up (great site btw) I just got into sailing a couple months ago and would love the opportunity to get out on the water again. I've single handed a flying scot, which isn't saying much, and helped my friend sail his 24' venture. Only been out about 6 times but would love the opportunity to change that. I'm looking to sail in the Chesapeake Bay area, please let me know if you'd like a helping hand. Not looking for money or food, just a good time sailing.

Thanks.
-Trevor

Here's an idea ...

You don't say where you are near the Bay, but check out the Fishing Bay Yacht Club web site ...

http://www.fbyc.net/

Look for the "Crew Finder" page.

If you're near Richmond, Charlottesville or Fredericksburg and want another ride on a Scot on Lake Anna, send me a p.m.

I'm actually not that close to the bay. I'm farther west in Leesburg VA. But I make trips to St. George's island where my friends boat is.

I have also been to lake Anna for the first time last weekend. Seemed really busy on the weekend. I was looking at the bridges on lake Anna and was wondering how a boat could get under them. I didn't really see any that were high enough. You must put in at a different location. I'd like to give the lake a try. Maybe we can work out a time and meet up.

I meant to send you a PM or email, but apparently I don't have enough posts to indulged in that privilege. lol

Anyway, feel free to email w/ a way to contact you. And a big thanks!
