looking for couple/sailor, to share chartering, sailing

My husband and I live and sail in NJ and have chartered in the BVI and Fla. We have a 24'' Hunter but I am way too chicken to be a great first mate. Would love to find a couple/sailing enthusiast for in NJ or other.
We are young 50''s with older kids.

Hi,
We have been looking for sailing opportunities in NJ. We travel over the road for Uncle Sam and are often spending the weekend in Mt. Laurel. Plan on getting our boat in 2 years and docking in Kent Island to get ready to cruise while we live aboard. We also are looking to sail the Keys maybe in November, but our schedule is flexible. I have been sailing since age 12, and Debi knows fishing boats, not much sailing experience but is a great cook.
