looking for schooner experience?

If so, I''m looking for 1-2 PAYING sailors to help USCG skipper bring my schooner from the lower Chesapeake to Florida. What you get for your money is time on a beautiful 75'' gaff-rigged schooner and the sights of the ICW. We depart on May 21-23 and should arrive around June 5. Total cost $1000, less depending on your experience. Can prorate the cost if you can''t stay the whole trip.

Sounds like a dream come true! Would love to do it, think I can get away for that time.

Not sure what you need to know, but here''s some basics:
--49 yr old male, 6''3", good health, married, kid in college
--own and sail 20 ft gaff rig catboat, Mystic 20, in and around east end of Long Island, NY for past 3 seasons--have done Block Island and the Great South Bay from Amityville to Shinnecock single handed
--got the sailing bug during a week aboard a 60'' bugeye ketch
--heavy cigarette smoker, less so when I''m away from the phone and computer

Any offshore passages planned?
