Thumbs up Winter 07/08 Colorado & Wyoming Sailing BRRR!!!! Who's crazy enough?

If anyone is up for some chilly weather sailing drop me a line. Your boat or mine, I don't mind. I just don't know where we could go in this area where the water is still high enough. I figure there should be somebody who wants to go sail around here with a more shallow boat than I have.

Note: I would like to take pictures and also use (with your consent) any stories that arise for my book I'm working on. I'll also bring beer or food.

I'll be up for anything as late as Christmas when I have to leave on my own little trip south. I shouldn't be back until February 08.

Lancer28, I'm willing, read crazy enough, to go, but it would have to be your boat. The J22's that I've used all summer have been pulled from the lakes.

I'll send you a line, and would be up for it.

Haven't seen you around for a while. Good to see you around again.

Hey Charlie, We can all go over to Roberts house and sit in his boat in the driveway and drink beers!! That way we won't have to worry about running into anything!!

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.

I just moved from Cheyenne, WY. Your not going to find to much water up there thats not frozen over. I went swimming @ Curt Gowdy State Park, WY in Aug with a full wet suit and still froze. Man, I hated WY.
