Suddenly available as crew
One lucky, fit, 35 year-old, avid sailor and outdoorsman (me) just had his "position eliminated from the corporate organizational structure" after a great ten year run. I am now seeking a crew opportunity on passages northbound out of the carribean or between the Pacific Coast and Hawaii before I have to re-enter the rat-race.
I own and sail a Hunter 26 in inland northwest waters with my wife. I am ASA certified in coastal navigation and bareboat chartering (instructed by Captain Ted Wheeler at Blue Water Sailing School in Ft. Lauderdale, FL), I have extensive experience as a professional guide leading groups of people on multi-day whitewater adventures in the Idaho wilderness, whitewater kayaking, and backcountry telemark skiing and touring. In addition to the above, I''m easy going, responsible, and I can even play a few Buffett songs on the guitar.
I hope there''s someone out there that I can help. Please email me at rodwolfe@yahoo.com.
Fair winds,
Rod Wolfe
