Looking To Crew on Australia's East Coast

Hi!
To make it short: I am not what you would call "an experienced sailor". I've spend a few times on a boat here in Australia but back home I live in the mountains...so I am a much better cross-country skier... blush.gif

The problem is: I love sailing & the sea!
I've spent about 10 days on board of various sailing boats in Australia and I am willing to learn.

At the moment I am in Melbourne & travelling north. So if you're cruising in February/March from Sydney or Brisbane and need someone to help you on board or share a laugh with...
As I said I primarily want to gain sailing experience and enjoy the life on board, so the "where to" is only secondary. I would be happy about anything, also just day-trips.

About me: I finished my Abitur (final exams) in Germany in July and took a "gap year" before starting to study physics from October 2008.
