brak - PLEASE tell us; 1. if you got someone to move your boat, 2. if you paid more, or less (my guess) than the original $100-150/day.

Ed
I would second Ed's question now that we know the boat was delivered

SDW is on a distinguished road
I own a Columbia 8.7 meter that is berthed in Mayo, MD. I am a retired police detective living in Washington, DC with my fiance' who is a Psychiatry Resident Doctor at Georgetown University Hospital. I'd love to help you out if I can in any way. I sailed a friend's Morgan 41 Classic from Norfolk to Mayo recently, assisting in the last stage of a delivery from Georgia. I am NO PROFESSIONAL, but can follow a chart and not run into things. Life is not how much you can make per hour. Life is each of us (especially we sailors) helping each to smooth the chop of life. Before you spend thousands, check the cost of trucking the daggone thing up. Let me know

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.

Sailhog-

It'd help if you gave your real phone number. 900-ass-kiss.
