I will deliver it for a modest amount of animal crackers. Just think about it....

To me, this sounds like so much technical mumbo-jumbo.

The important point here is that Brak has asked that someone deliver his boat, and I think one of us needs to step up to the plate and help him out.

Brak, just give me a call. I'm still sitting here, waiting for your call. Just give me a call, and we'll work out the details. Go ahead and call. Brak, just pick up the phone and call.

I called that number, they charged my credit card $42 for 6 minutes, and I never did get to talk with SailHog. What's up with that? Is this Sailingdog person a source of reliable information?

Sway,
You spoke with me... you just didn't know it. That was me with the falsetto voice telling you: "Just lie back and relax, big fella..."

Just for the record...My wife and I are both experienced sailors with 50 ton Masters licenses and, between us, have owned 6 sailboats. I'm relief captain on an 85' three-masted schooner and ran a water taxi. If we weren't already committed to being lighthouse keepers all summer starting the end of May, we'd gladly take this gig just for the fun of it! We'd be happy to earn $2.50/hour each! I understand why someone who makes a living doing deliveries wouldn't but we're semi-retired and not in it for the money. I agree you usually get what you pay for but not always.

Brak,
Still haven't heard from you... I'm assuming you still want me to deliver your boat, however, I don't know where it is. Would you like me to just deliver any boat? Is that why you haven't called? Okay. Sounds good. I'll get right on it. Any special requests? You want a particular make or model? Excellent. I like Swans too!

Hog,
Why would you deliver the Swan when you could deliver a Catalina? I'd have thought the Swan might fill up the vacancy left by the Catalina quite nicely. For more on this subject, including practical suggestions, see the "Where's my Tayana" thread.

So we can assume that the answer to question 1 was yes, but what is the answer to question 2?
