Welcome to Sailnet. I'd highly suggest reading the post in my signature to get the most of the time you spend here. The OP (original poster) of this thread may not be the best boat to crew on, as he seems to have a serious problem keeping crew, and that generally indicates something about the captain or the boat that is less that appealing.
