Crew needed, St. Thomas to Bahamas late May

My father and I will be sailing my newly acquired 1981 Stevens 47 from St. Thomas to Marsh Harbor in the Bahamas beginning the last week in May.

We plan to sail either directly through, estimated at 6-7 days or we may make a stop in Turks and Caicos depending on weather.

The boat is an excellent sailing and sea kindly vessel equipped with Radar, SSB, wind vane, life raft... etc. She is a very capable blue water boat.

This will be our first offshore passage and we plan to take it very easy. Crew needs to have some flexibility relative to schedule as this is not a delivery where we will leave and go regardless of weather. We both have a good bit of sailing experience but mostly fresh water.
