Cruising from Panama (Colon) to Cartagena

Hi,

I would like to know whether someone has any information on being a crew member and/or chartering a sailboat from Panama (Colon) to Cartagena. I will be travelling with two other friends (3 in total). We are planning in leaving Panama on the 21st of May approximately.
