You might want to say a little bit more about:

1) What kinds of opportunities are you looking for? To race, daysail, weekending. When are you available, days, weeknights, weekends
2) What kind of sailing experience do you have, and any certifications you might have.

Might also want to mention what part of annapolis you're local to... Annapolis covers a fair bit of water.
