Are you still looking? My friend will be here from Germany for 2 weeks, arriving on the 17th.
He has his own boat on a lake, gives sailing lessons and is a good experienced sailor. I know he would be thrilled doing a shorter trip.

Hi,

I haven't been able to splash my Bristol 24 and am hungry for saltwater spray. My schedule is flexible and I'd be glad to help out. What do the dates look like as of now?

Newport to Boston

Hi,
I m not shure, did You mean me the Steuermenn7 ?
I really would be happy to sail around Boston. I am
not often there so it is hard to find someone who
takes me on his boat for a short time to sail.

I have a K21 boat on a German lake. There i give
sailing lessons early spring in our sailing club.

Offshore I sailed in Turky, Baltik, Mallorca and Caribiik.

This time I will be in Boston 2 weeks from 18th of june on.

Best regards John or Steuermann7

Hi there, just came across your post so I may have "missed the boat" (ahrrgh!). Reasonably ablebodied seaman. ASA certs Basic Keelboat, Nav105 and Coastal Cruising. Delivered Cape Dory 25 Mystic, CT to Westport, MA 2007. Available anytime after July 15th.

Alas, no. It was a short trip, and we sailed most of the way with a southwest breeze. Very nice night trip through the canal, and a beautiful sunset in BBAY. Highlight of the trip was definitely that boat of topless girls we passed close by on the way out of Newport!

Hi-- I have the time and the inclination...might be a bit of a passenger though as I have not sailed for years. I am a former Blue Star Line 4th mate with a variety of sailing experiences under my belt, and I want to return to sea. I am looking for short hauls to get my sealegs back. Very flexible, can cook--will bring pre-prepared frozen dinners--delicious!
