looking to crew winter 2008 or summer 2009

I'm looking for opportunities to crew and gain more on the water experience. I'm certified through US sailing in Basic Keelboat, Basic Cruising, and Bareboat Cruising. I work hard and don't mind chipping in wherever work needs done. I can cook. I'm a grad student in DC, so I am only available for VA/MD currently.

I would like to sail farther afield during academic holidays: Thanksgiving, Dec/Jan 2008, March 2009.

The summer 2009 I would love to be part of a longer trip - including transpacific or anywhere in Asia, as I'll be there for a semester starting in the fall of 2009.
